PERFECT FIT PRESS ON NAILS
We are not responsible for inaccurate measurements or sizing issues. We understand mistakes happen and are happy to offer replacements at a cost. If you need to order replacement nails, please email us at waaynexwi7@gmail.com, along with your order number.

Orders missing sizing information, or measurements in anything other than mm (millimetres) or cm (centimetres) will be cancelled.

ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 5-15 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 5-20 business days to let you know your order is on the way!

STORE PICKUP - 179 Whonoak Rd, West Vancouver, BC, V7P 3R1
Orders can be picked up daily, from 11am - 7pm. Please contact us to verify pick up time; our hours may vary. An email will be sent when your order is ready for 
pickup.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES 
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over $130 within Canada, and on orders over $150 within the US.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 
We offer international shipping to the following countries: United States of America

At this time, we do not ship to countries outside of North America.

All orders shipping to the United States of America are subject to tariff fees.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Revive 'Wa áynexwi7' Day Spa is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 
We accept returns on select items up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full product amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at waaynexwi7@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
