Refund policy

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
All Perfect Fit Press On Nails are nonrefundable, and FINAL SALE. We are not responsible for inaccurate measurements or sizing issues. We understand mistakes happen, and are happy to offer replacements at a cost. If you need to order replacement nails, please email us at waaynexwi7@gmail.com, along with your order number. Orders missing sizing information, or measurements in anything other than mm (millimetres) or cm (centimetres) will be cancelled.

All Standard Fit Press On Nails can be returned or exchanged within 30 days after receiving. They must be unopened and in the same condition you received them in. Return shipping will be at the customer's expense, Revive ‘Wa áynexwi7’ Day Spa is not responsible for return shipping costs or expenses. Any returns made will be refunded the cost of the returned item.

All other items in our shop are FINAL SALE. Due to the sanitary nature of these items, we cannot return or exchange them.

ITEMS DELIVERED DAMAGED
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at waaynexwi7@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
